I couldn’t express enough the care I received from Care In Turkey. My doctor was Ahmet Sakarya who operated on me and made me feel at ease . I’ve had surgery in the UK and Care In Turkey is by far the best

I am Asuman B., worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Carein Turkey for 9 months with dedication and commitment. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disheartening.

On the day after my birthday, I was fired without notice or written communication. It was an abrupt and unexpected termination that deeply affected me both financially and emotionally. Despite being promised that I would receive my salary, commission, and severance pay, I have yet to receive any of these payments.

This company assured me that everything would be resolved, but countless attempts to contact my former employer have gone unanswered. The psychological distress from this situation is indescribable, leaving me feeling degraded and undervalued—not just as an employee, but as a person. I should have relate patient who asks for deposits .

I always prioritized patients’ needs, often working overtime on birthdays and other important days without extra compensation. I even relocated closer to work, moving from Maltepe to Şişli, to remain committed to my role. Sadly, this dedication seems to have gone unappreciated.

Moreover, the way management operates is alarming. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment, employees were often discouraged from engaging meaningfully with patients. This lack of empathy and professionalism not only affected us as employees but could potentially impact patient care. Even today, I continue to recommend their facial surgeon based on their merit while cautioning others about the unethical management practices.

This company has demonstrated a blatant disregard for the well-being of its employees and, by extension, its patients. Violating workers’ rights, lacking ethical values, and failing to uphold basic decency reflects poorly on their character both as employers and as service providers. I urge anyone considering engaging with this company—whether as an employee or a patient—to think twice before starting a relationship with people who fail to honor their commitments or show basic respect.

My hope in sharing this is to highlight these unjust practices and spare others from facing a similar ordeal. Companies like these need to be held accountable for their actions.

I’m still waiting for my money back! They don’t answer me anymore. Really bad buisness behavior…. since this is fairly new in Iceland, I could have provided them many customers, actually some of my friends contacted them, but thankfully they didn’t go….. They could have made a lot more money just by doing the right thing. BAD COMPANY, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Je souhaite partager mon expérience très décevante avec Care in Turkey. Je déconseille vivement cette clinique.

Tout d’abord, à mon arrivée, il n’y avait aucun traducteur disponible, ce qui a rendu la communication extrêmement difficile. La réceptionniste semblait manifestement de mauvaise humeur, et chaque fois que j’essayais de lui poser une question, un homme responsable des paiements intervenait pour m’empêcher de lui parler. J’ai rapidement compris leur jeu douteux.

En plus de cela, j’ai dû attendre entre 40 minutes et 1 heure pour le chauffeur à chaque rendez-vous, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. On m’a également fait comprendre que leur objectif était d’éviter de mettre deux patients dans la même voiture, même si nous étions logés dans le même hôtel. Cela semblait être une tentative claire pour empêcher les patients de discuter entre eux de la clinique, ce que j’ai trouvé très suspect.

De plus, leur unique objectif semble être l’argent. À chaque étape, on me demandait de payer pour des soins supplémentaires qui n’étaient absolument pas nécessaires. J’ai montré mes radios à un médecin en Belgique, qui m’a confirmé que ces soins étaient superflus. Cela m’a fait penser que la clinique collabore avec les médecins pour gonfler les prestations et les factures.

En ce qui concerne le suivi après les soins, il est tout simplement inexistant. J’ai essayé de les contacter à plusieurs reprises, mais je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse. Lors de la consultation initiale, ils ont changé de conseiller médical trois fois, tout en insistant sur le fait qu’il s’agissait de la même personne, alors que je reconnaissais bien les voix différentes. Cela m’a beaucoup mise mal à l’aise.

L’hôtel dans lequel j’ai été logé était un véritable cauchemar, avec de nombreux problèmes, mais je pensais naïvement que la clinique compenserait cela d’une manière ou d’une autre.

Une fois le paiement effectué, j’ai demandé un simple document pour mes archives personnelles, mais ils ont refusé de me le remettre en main propre, promettant de me l’envoyer par WhatsApp. Évidemment, je n’ai jamais rien reçu.

Pour couronner le tout, il est évident qu’ils forcent les patients à laisser des avis positifs sur Trustpilot. Ils restent debout à côté de vous et vous surveillent pendant que vous rédigez votre avis, ce qui est un manque total de professionnalisme et de respect.

En résumé, mon expérience avec Care in Turkey a été extrêmement décevante. Je vous conseille vivement de passer votre chemin et de ne pas vous laisser séduire par leurs offres. Les avis positifs sont clairement manipulés et ne reflètent en rien la réalité de la clinique.

I am extremely disappointed with the care and service I received at this clinic Care In turkey I trusted them for my dental treatment, but it turned into a nightmare. After spending €8000 I left with broken teeth and no proper resolution. Despite asking for a refund for a surgery I never even received, they refused to take responsibility or provide any compensation.

Their lack of professionalism and empathy is shocking, especially considering the high cost I paid. Instead of resolving my issues, they were dismissive and unhelpful. This experience has left me not only financially burdened but also with additional dental problems to fix elsewhere. The arab man Latif was very bad treating me very badly with his low level english he doesnt even speak well, and he just cares for money, he didnt know That I can understand arabic so he was talking to the girl over there, she was asking if I can start my treatment or not he said not yet I need to take more money from her, and i was shocked after hearing this, today I decided to write because I saw a lot of people are writing about their bad experiences,

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Be cautious if you’re considering treatment here—they prioritize profit over patient care and satisfaction.”

What you expect from a company don’t give the salary for their employees, do you think they will treat you good!!! They care only about money and how to earn money. You want to earn money so give the salary for your employees and treat your patients good. until now they didn’t give me my salary of November and they don’t answer for my messages and call.

Already i left care in turkey because they don’t treat the patients good, they take deposit from patient and then they don’t answer them, when the patient has complain after surgery, i try to talk with doctor to understand and help patient, their answer is don’t do anything or don’t answer the patient.

Just i am writing this to be careful in future

From start to finish the procedure was carried out brilliantly

I was introduced to CIT by an English dental

Practice and decided to come to Turkey after reading reviews and a better financial

The first part of the procedure is now finished I now have to wait a few months for the conclusion of my new smile

Ces 5 étoiles, je tiens à les offrir à Téoman, mon interlocuteur pendant quelques mois et des rires et sourires en soirée.

Je trouve tellement dommageable, triste mais surtout inhumain de laisser des patients comme moi qui rêvaient de retrouver leur sourire sans nouvelle et restitution des 2000€ d’acompte versés et ce depuis début septembre.

J’ai acheté 2 billets À/R non remboursables, c’est bien que je comptais véritablement rencontrer le Dr Mevlùt Yazici et Téoman qui a foulé les mêmes bancs de la fac de droit d’Aix en Provence que moi !

La maladie m’a rattrapée et nous avons dû annuler le voyage.

Care In Turkey a perdu un excellent collaborateur en Téoman ! Une autre belle Clinique fait valoir ses compétences.

J’espère qu’il parviendra à convaincre ses anciens Supérieurs Administratifs de me rembourser enfin mes 2000€ ?

Mais, je ne peux honnêtement flatter le travail d’autres collaboratrices/teurs (aucune écoute et personne n’est plus joignable pour moi désormais ?!) Je tairai le Nom de la personne que je suis parvenue à avoir en ligne et qui m’a demandé de lui adresser un mail (je lui en ai adressé plusieurs qui sont restés lettres mortes comme mes appels).
