Great clinic- Staff are very helpful and and extremely kind my translator Seren, was fabulous and she was with me at every stage she was very professional and explained all treatment and options very clearly. thanks to her. I highly recommend.

I had easy plan made by Seren who was my couch and overseen everything with dentists to accommodation to vip transfer also translated anything that dentists couldn’t not understand she made sure I had the best professional dentists she also will work with if any unexpected treatments needs doing quick clean and recommend to anyone

Visited in feb was quoted £6000 on arrival was told had to pay another £670 went with it but treatment was below sub par not by the dental clinic but by casas company serena had a family crisis because of earthquake which i can understand but had no go to person to replace her never got any feed back on what was going on or what to expect other than a text telling me to be downstairs at X time thought i was going in first day for sinus lift ended up over 3 hours in chair every tooth pulled drilling n slicing of gum n bone only to be sent home with a set of dentures that dont fit 8 weeks of work £850 outa of pocket to get a knew pair fitted n told they dont do refunds 2nd trip in aug demanded another £270 before they could proceed lost the plot but paid already told seren i wanted this sorted on the thurs so i wouldnt be left stranded when i got home but low n behold was sitting waiting on fri for final fitting when i get a call saying it will now be sat n they have to cancel as lab has broke down sat morning 4 hours in the chair had to go straight to airport only to discover 3 metal pins are now showing when i smile so once again they leave all till the last min knowing you can’t go back cause your on a flight my advice DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

Really happy with the results of my experience from Casas clinic and dent a glow. Was informed of everything along the way and made to feel comfortable. The crowns I have in I’m very happy with and look exactly how I wanted. Seren who has been my contact through has been very helpful and good job all round from her. Kadir who also works for casas was also apart of my experience and helped while feeling nervous about going in for the work to be done. I got put into Kordon hotel, nice room and good location. All round happy with what’s been done and how I’ve been dealt with.

If you want to come to Turkey to have your teeth fixed or have implants this is the best place to come 100% and I do recommend this dentist very good 👍

It was wonderful experience

Everyone here is great! I was very worried about getting my teeth done for years. After having my teeth done in Izmir Casas Care, I realized that I didn’t have to worry at all. They have a very friendly attitude. They were always with me from the airport to my hotel, from my hotel to the clinic. They helped me a lot about what kind of smile would suit me. I knew something needed to be done to my teeth but I wasn’t sure what. I left myself in professional hands!

OK where do I start. I have just finished my first visit over to Turkey and i can tell u now from the first time i contacted them the ware great answer any questions i had. From been picked up at the airport to the clinic and to the hotel which i might add is buitefull. Ever thing is Organized and that in my eyes is all down to that girl Seren thank u so much for all ur help
