Hairpol Hair Clinic Review

If you’re reading this you’re probably considering a hair transplant or have decided to do it and now just searching for the right clinic to have the procedure done. I choose Zen Hairpol Clinic for my procedure. I vetted numerous clinic put like you reading reviews really narrowed the choices for me. Once I filled out the interest form online I was contacted by Aisha. What a gem of an employee! She responded to all my inquires, and boy did I have a lot. It was a little difficult at times as we had an 11hr difference in time. Though to my surprise she was always there for me. Everything about this journey was excellent. From the pick up at the airport, delivery to the hotel, (which was by the way over the top beautiful, along with the morning buffet breakfast) numerous trips to the clinic and then back to the airport. The day of my procedure I was greeted by Naida who was my first contact at the clinic. She was great as she spoke really good English. She gave me a quick tour and then introduced me to the whole team, Dr Murat, Seda, Furkan and the office manager Mr. Furkan. We had a pre operation meeting where the Dr. designated the donor area and drew the hairline as to how he saw it. What was really cool he ask how I felt about the imaginary hairline. I suggested how I wanted it and some minor adjustments were made. Once we were in agreement the process started. It’s a no joke procedure and a very long one. I arrived at 8am and didn’t leave until 4:30pm. Short break in-between for lunch. The hardest part for me was laying on my stomach for maybe 3 hrs during the removal of the hair follicles from the donor area. The two technicians (Seda & Furkan )worked together seamlessy all this time. Once that was completed Dr Murat expertly made the incision for the graphs followed by Seda & Furkan putting the graphs in place. Very tedious work as each graph is done one by one. I am 6 days post surgery and doing really good. I can already see the hair growing which is awesome. Kudos to Dr Murat and the entire staff for taking such good care of me. You can tell this group is very tight knit and they all seem to enjoy their job. So accommodating, they were always checking on me. Do you feel pain? do you need anything? bathroom, water ? etc… Thanks for the wonderful hair transplant. Can’t wait to see the final results!

My fiancé doesn’t feel any pain even after the surgery, he is feeling well without any pain, all the people involved are extremely professional, the clinic is very clean and organized which makes it very safe. We loved the experience, I followed the entire process with my fiancé and we have nothing to complain about, just thank the entire Hairpol team.

My first contact with Hairpol was with Aisha who ended up being my liason throughout my transplant process. All of my questions were answered promptly and she made me feel comfortable and worry free with everything. She truly made everything easy, start to finish. Thank you Aisha. You’re awesome. Although I have no other experience to compare this to, I feel everyone involved was very professional and did a great job of explaining everything. Furkan was was more than helpful with providing information and advice. I was nervous that my procedure was going to be rushed since it started so late in the afternoon (after 4:30 pm), however that was not the case. The team completed my procedure around 1:30 am and then still kept me there for an additional half hour to explain after procedure care. I was also given a choice on how they could proceed with my transplant and I was offered their professional opinion. I am very pleased with their performance and very pleased with my results.

Clinic staff was extremely profesional and welcoming! They made the whole process very comfortable and stress free.

Great experience overall, Aisha kindly assisted in preparing, planning and responding to all my questions before and during the procedure. The hotel and transfer were great and most importantly the clinic is spotless and the team was very professional, kind and accomodating with me and my need to make the overall experience easier and as pleasant as possible.

Depuis notre arrivée à l’aéroport jusqu’à notre départ, tout a été impeccable. À l’aéroport, une navette de luxe nous a accueillis et nous a conduits à l’hôtel, où nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir un établissement 5 étoiles avec un restaurant à des prix raisonnables, et le petit déjeuner inclus. Le jour de l’opération, une interprète était présente pour traduire chaque mot, et le chirurgien a pris le temps de procéder à un examen minutieux et attentif. Après avoir discuté avec nous, l’opération a pu commencer, toujours dans une atmosphère de professionnalisme et de bienveillance. L’équipe s’est constamment assurée que nous nous sentions bien et que nous avions besoin de quelque chose.

Dans l’après-midi, nous sommes retournés à l’hôtel, et le lendemain, nous avons eu une journée de repos qui nous a permis de nous promener dans Istanbul. Lors de mon quatrième et dernier jour, je suis retourné à la clinique pour un contrôle, où le bandage a été retiré et le premier shampoing a été effectué. Encore une fois, l’équipe a été aux petits soins, expliquant le déroulement des jours suivants et fournissant tout le nécessaire (shampoing, crème, etc.). Il est également important de noter qu’un traitement médicamenteux nous a été prescrit le jour de l’opération, avec des explications détaillées, ne laissant aucune place au doute. Je n’ai ressenti aucune douleur post-opératoire, même après le premier jour, et l’équipe a continué à prendre de nos nouvelles après l’opération. Je recommande vivement Hairpol pour une greffe de cheveux.

Hairpol was a very good experience for me overall. The staff is incredibly friendly and they don’t give you any bullshit that you don’t need, their mission is clearly to give you the best results. They’re very responsive and try to make sure you have the best information possible.

Their pricing is very fair and the accommodations they include are very high quality. I would highly recommend this clinic especially if you have anxieties towards a procedure as overwhelming as a hair transplant.
