Unfair and unprofessional
Unfair and unprofessional. They don’t respect a deal we made before. When I came they ask for more money,and their staff was not polite and treat me bad. I show them screen shot of our messages and deal about price and agreement,they don’t care about lot. The agent with whom I made a deal didn’t respond all day. Finally answer afternoon with new offer,ask 500 eur more than we previously made a deal. I deside to not accept and must pay 350 eur for hotel 2 nighs and transfer from airport to hotel,clinic and back. This price is also unfair, I ask for price in hotel stay and taxi, especially because it’s not my guilty. AVOID

I travelled back to haista clinic for my second hair transplant , to fill in my crown area as was explained last time , I hadn’t enough graphs to fully fill out the area , I’m extremely happy with my experience this time around just like the last time , the transfers our hotel , the overall care and service I received was top class , the clinic is brand new , I was assigned sadick to look after my every need , any questions I had answered honestly , taim was my contact with the clinic , he was an unbelievable help , I traveled this time with my step son who is only 21yrs old he also had a transplant with fantastic results , overall I can’t recommend haista clinic Enough ..

J’ai fait une greffe de cheveux et soins dentaires chez eux à Istanbul et la clinique était excellente. Tout était satisfaisant. L’accueil a été excellent, le personnel très sympathique et les médecins vraiment professionnels. Vraiment une belle expérience que je recommande à tout le monde.

My translators took great care of me during this procedure and the other staff took great care of me and made sure I wasn’t in any pain at all and checked up every now and then to see if I was ok, I’m so excited to see the final results of this procedure and highly recommend haista clinic if you’re looking to get this done 🙂

The proverb says ask someone who has tried it, not a doctor. I have tried it and I dealt with this center. I had my hair cut and the results are 100% guaranteed. I advise you to deal with them. They are a high-end, clean center and their prices are very reasonable.

I had my hair transplant between 22/11/2024 and 24/11/2024.
First impression was good. There’s a driver from the Airport to Hotel as they let you know.
Important Information for European, there’s a deposit of 100€ at the hotel that they will refund if anything is ok with the bedroom in the check-out.
I advise anyone to ask for extra bandages after the operation because if you stain sheets after the operation, the hotel will force you to pay sheets, the pillows and pillowcases.
Don’t forget to use anything with buttons, because you cant take clothes off, over your head.
There weren’t translators for portuguese languages (atenção portugueses treinem o vosso inglês), the clinic says there will be translators but i got unlucky although the translators speak English very well.
The operation went well, the doctors were very kind, they even help me with my post operation dificulties (i felt dizzy and weak the day after), the translators sometimes leave the operation room and thats normal, if you get a little anxious and came alone, ask the translator to return the room. I advise anyone to go with someone.
After the operation they try to sell a kit, its up to you buy it or not, like 350€ (for 3 months use).
The after care department thru WhatsApp answered all my questions and gave after operations indications.
I felt safe and not forgetton
The area where they implanted the follicles indicates that they are growing well so far…will wait 4 more months…for new review but so far so good.
