This company is untrustworthy, the owner Kevin Quest does not deliver what he promises.

If you have had a good experience with this company, then you are very lucky.

I had lie after lie for almost a year, I had to pay to go somewhere else for my second transplant, even though I paid Kevin £5000 for the transplants.

Ignored most of the time by Kevin and Kalra.

Kevin, just to refresh your memory, my name is David Jones, my wife is called Veronica and you know that, Because she did most of the communication, in fact, she was the one who even paid you the £5000 whilst Dr k was performing my procedure in the Bury clinic in July last year and ever since you have been a nightmare to deal with. I shouldn’t have waited so long to leave my review but you are a good talker, and I was still holding out hope that you would refund me my money. To achieve Kevin, your contracts are worthless, even you don’t stick to them.

Do the right thing, refund me.

I’m not playing your games any more Kevin and won’t be replying again, you can make up what ever story you want, but to entertain you, I will send your contract back to you, although it’s about as much use as a chocolate fire guard.

Update regarding my current situation with Kevin Quest, founder and owner of Harley street.

After being messed around by Kevin for almost a year I decided to go to Turkey for my second appointment, even though I had already paid Kevin £5000 for my first transplant and any further transplants required, it’s also worded in the contract that way.

Going to Turkey was absolutely the best decision I could have made. The service i received was completely different to Harleystreets, I can’t say too much about other companies, as this review is about Harley street and as i have learnt, Kevin reports every negative review to trust pilot, hoping they remove it. But by all means, click my name, I will be leaving a 5 star review for the other company I used. Kevin, maybe you can also Google this company to learn also.

I spent nine months trying to get my second appointment with Kevin. This whole time i was left with a very un even hair line by Dr Kalra, everyone laughed at me for this. I did try to reach out to kevin and Kalra, both ignored me at the time. I wish i could post pictures on here. During these nine months, I was asked by Kevin to be patient, give him time, months later, I had to push again, and I was given a date. Brilliant, I rearranged my work and booked the time of, this appointment was cancelled days before, because Kevin didn’t have two paying clients, in that clinic, on the day, to justify sending me, although I had already paid £5000, for two transplants. Anyway, Kevin apologised and said he could get me in at a different clinic 10 days later. He said he’s certain he can do it, but he would have to confirm closer to the time. I didn’t really have a choice and I agreed, I had to rearrange my work again, at this point I am losing more money and kevin then ignored me, that appointment date passed, he then finally got in touch with me, he said he had another possible date for me, i said no, enough is enough, he said he is willing to give me a £2000, but because of cash flow problems, it would have to done in two stages. That was probably 5 months ago and I have seen a single penny, Kevin has literally begged me to remove my reviews, saying that he is losing clients because of my honest reviews. I’m sure Kevin is a nice guy, but as a business owner he is very rude, comes across aggressively, at one point, he basically told me to f*** off.

I would avoid using this company, even the transplants them self are not very good. I was given a warm tesco sandwich as the advertised meal/snack.

Kevin’s latest response in his defence to me is, i didn’t refuse to give you your second appointment……. no, I guess you technically didn’t, but you can’t just make up phantom appointments, expecting people to live their lifes around your failing schedule, then for you to cancel with no warning.

Had my hair transplant done 2 days ago at the Bury clinic with Dr Kalra. The whole day went smoothly and Dr Kalra is very professional and puts you at ease straight away as well as his two technicians that support him.

Aftercare is detailed in depth and both Kevin and Dr Kalra have been available each day since for any questions I have had.

My experience was fantastic the surgery did not take too long and was met with professionalism. I got the exact results I needed.

FRAUD. Do NOT give this man your money, he will take it and then make every excuse in the book to avoid giving it back. He will then ask you to remove your review so that he can get more money from other unsuspecting customers. AVOID and ignore all the fake positive reviews he has put on here, read the real ones.

All I can say is best decision I have made. Kev and Dr Kalra have been amazing. My

Surgery was pushed back by 1 week but was worth the wait.

I had my transplant completed Sunday, at their Harley Street clinic Bury, it took around 6 hours. Dr Kalra was extremely professional.

I would highly recommend to anyone who’s starting to lose hair.

It was my second hair transplant with Harley street hair transplants. The team take all the time in the world to answer any question or doubt the patient may have. Both times I have been particularly impressed by how attentive they have been during the days post surgery. It is also clear how they keep on developing and investing to be at the forefront of their field.

I was welcomed in with open arms from the very moment I arrived. From planning the procedure to the hair transplant itself, It was a fantastic and professional service from start to end. Kevin and Dr Kalra were great and both very clear about everything at all stages.
