Waste of money and unskilled surgeon

I’ve done my hair 9 months ago. The results are very bad. The doctor haven’t done the job properly. He was in a rush to go home. Ruined my scalp. Won’t get any help after surgery. No aftercare. Surgeon won’t give you his contact cause he knows how the response going to be in future from customers. 500£ job from other countries is far better than the expensive job from here. Better not to prefer this all the staff are very unskilled with no basic knowledge. Main Surgeon that did my hair transplant is same

I am very pleased with the level of service I received, from day 1 when I have my first consultation with Sean I could tell there was a genuine care and that he knew what he was talking about. I did have an issue with my appointment date getting moved (possibly due to my medical history) but after that I knew I was in great hands. During the transplant the clinic itself was great, clean and good communication. Straight after the transplant Sean made contact with me to see how things went and has advised that he will be on hand to assist with any issues. Great service and great price!

From start to finish’s the staff were really welcoming and made you really comfortable. The doctor went through the whole procedure at the start and clarified everything I wanted to know. The whole procedure was painless, the staff tended to all my needs. Really happy so far with how it all went

Hi, I recently went for my hair transplant surgery at Harley street King’s Cross branch. I was very nervous when I arrived, but the staff were very friendly and supportive, assured me it’s very simple even though it’s a complex process I shouldn’t worry too much about it. throughout the process of the procedure. It was really not that painful at all. Post surgery after care is all planned and prepared for you. WhatsApp portal is created for patients to join and if needed help for anything you can reach out to them. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of having their hair done. It’s London based so it’s genuinely trustworthy.

From the consultation to the procedure, everything was flawless. My hair looks amazing, and I feel like a new person. Dr Rafiq was my surgeon and the technicians on the day were outstanding.

Wouldn’t trust them. I think they are scammers. Read the 5 star reviews why are they all about the sales reps and very little information about the actual surgery….check the one star reviews, they are all about dodgy surgery. Why would you have a hair transplant/ head surgery and then give a 5 star review only talking about the sales reps?
