Had my hair transplant done last year and just want to thank the whole team who looked after me did an amazing job on my hair and the aftercare was great and a massive thank you to hakeem who got it all sorted for me and explained everything perfectly would recommend to anyone to get it done from Harley Street healthcare

I went to have my hair transplant procedure yesterday at the Hair Transplant Clinic (Harley Street Healthcare). I had an excellent experience, all of the staff were so professional, helpful and gave me lots of advice on post operative care so that I achieve the best result possible for my new hairline, Dr Alosert is fantastic and in my opinion, the best hair transplant doctor in England.

Ajmal was very informative and had great knowledge of the hair transplant. If I go ahead with the precedure it will definitely be because of Ajmal’s honesty and kindness giving me his time to go through all aspects of the hair transplant surgery.

I was very nervous about the procedure but the minute I got to the clinic I was made to feel at ease, I was talked through all the stages and asked regularly if I’m ok, I’m day 4 post op now and had 2 calls to see how I am. This clinic is not one just for your money then when you walk away you won’t hear from them again (like most). The procedure was over really fast and pain free I have already recommended and will continue to thank you to everyone at the clinic

I had my transplant in Jan 2021 through Harleystreet, however the proceedure was carried out by a 3rd party company called The Hair Growth Centre with no prior given information that this would be the case. They told me the Doctor performing the procedure was a Harleystreet doctor however he was nowhere to be seen until the end when he inserted the grafts after a team had performed the majority of the surgery. The room seemed quite unsanitary, the bed which seemed like a makeshift massage table stank of bad breath and sweat, and the team whom performed 90% of the surgery seemed quite incompetent as they missed the numbing of several areas of my head causing me extreme pain multiple times and made an accidental cut that had to be seen by a doctor and took weeks to heal properly. They also seemed to have limited english which is fine but it was extremely difficult to communicate. I was not informed of what to expect during the procedure at all as they seemed only to be interested in getting me to sign a T&C form as quickly as possible, and then shave my head in a makeshift cupboard by a member of staff who was so bad I had to use the clippers myself. I arrived at 8:30 am and by 9:00am I was on the table receiving anaesthetic injections, again, I didnt know anything about what to expect throughout the day and was not informed at all. For lunch I was provided with a sandwich and drink, which they didnt even manage to get correct from what I had requested from the menu. At the end of the day around 5pm the team seemed in a hurry to finish before closing and eventually had 5 people around me rushing before the lead doctor coming in and shockingly explained that the grafts only have a 70% success rate, and that in order to get a near 90% success rate I would need x3 plasma injections at a rate of £500 each. I was in disbelief that I wasnt informed of this beforehand but being exhausted from the 9-5 non stop surgery I opted for it seeing as I didnt want all of what I had done to go to waste. A team member then tried to take blood from my arm for the plasma and couldn’t do it and had to pull a doctor from another room. After the injections I was given a small bag of sprays for the aftercare and was ushered out due to them closing without any real aftercare brief. I did the aftercare myself according to the leaflet provided, but was not contacted again for any aftercare. Two years on the results are extremely poor and I requested a face to face with the doctor to discuss the results who agreed that the results were very poor (definitely not 90% or even close to 70%). Due to previously complaining I was told during a telephone conversation with a doctor in London that he would personally redo the surgery for me or give me a refund. After some consideration I opted for a surgery and was ghosted constantly. I then requested a refund which was offered to me previously and have been shut down constantly. Due to there being two companies and multiple locations dealing with this situation there has been a complete communication breakdown (convenient). I have been ignored and spoken to like dirt by this company and was told if I leave a review any offer of another surgery will be off the table. Avoid like the plague.

Got called a tyre kicker and time waster by HAKEEM. I have screenshots to prove so. He got defensive when I asked for website and reviews. Blows my mind how people don’t know how to act professionally in todays day and age. Sadly this will result in a loss of business. Rookies will learn one day

I’ve just completed my 2nd hair transplant at this clinic and I’m very happy with how it was all handled. Very professional and not as painful as I expected. The pre op and post op info is very good. Dr Alosert and his team were fantastic. He was so patient and helped me from beginning to the end and answered all my questions.
