احب ان اشارك تجربتي في زراعة الشعر عند الأخ سامي .بصراحة طاقم احترافي.استقبال رائع.حسن المعاملة بالخصوص الذكتور سامي.متابعة بعد العملية.انسان طيب لا يبخل عليك بتقديم المعلومة..أنا انصح كل من يريد زراعة الشعر أو أي عملية تجميل لا يتردد بالاتصال بالاخ سامي. وفي الخير شكرا اخي سامي من القلب .هشام من اسبانيا

I attended this clinic in September and again this week, my stay has been absolutely horrific, initially I was given a price of 2850 for my first visit and 1850 for my second visit, the first visit I was extremely happy with the work of the dentist even though the hotel I stayed in was absolutely filthy, no restaurant or shower facilities as it was broken, window was smashed and paper falling off the walls ,it was located on a motorway so no sleep before of contant traffic day and night despite this i was happy with the dentist work so i let it be , my face was completely swollen and black but I felt it was worth it all.

Second visit was a complete nightmare.

I was quoted a price the day before my return but when I got to the clinic I was greeted by a boy called Sami who informed me the price was now 3554 euro, to finish my treatment, I had been saving 2 years for this and no way could come up with another 2000 , I then was told they could pull out 3 of my teeth instead of the treatment agreement for 2550 euro? When I could not still afford this I was then told I had to pay for my own accomodation , I then got robbed of my passport, my money and phone when I said I found another clinic , I was completely ignored by the clinic and the hotel while asking for the police, eventually I was so scared because I was travelling alone got InTouch with my family in Ireland to get me an early flight home , no teeth finished or money or phone.

I was completely on my own with nothing.

I strongly would not advise anyone to trust these people and definitely would not advise to travel alone .

Needless to say I will be taking this clinic to court for damages

Having said that it was not the dentist fault or the receptionists.

It was Sami decided to scam me and honestly if I actually did have the money I would not have given it after the complete nightmare I was put through.

What made my experience GREAT!! It was the most amazing service and care I received at the clinics. Both the dental and smart lens eye specialists were extremely professional, compassionate and knowledgeable thats including all members of staff.

All the staff were very kind and ethical, I had a hair transplant operation with them. It was a wonderful experience with them, from the communication staff to the doctor to the staff responsible for the details of the operation until the farewell. They are distinguished from others by their credibility, and I did not see any difference between their videos on the Internet and the meetings and work on the ground. In the end, I am grateful for the service in terms of cleanliness, price, and credibility, and I look forward to seeing the results in the coming period

Just returned home from my trip to Istanbul to visit SMC to get finaly my hair transplanted, which was a very difficult dicision. Dr. Sami helped me a lot with making everything clear. Transplanting my hair was one of my dreams and SMC helped me to realize it. I never experienced such a perfect health care and such a friendly and so personal attitude. Can not forget to mention not only dr. Sami himself, but also Ms Ola who was extremely patient, willing and helpful, and Mr. Mahmoud who helped me a lot the first day of my arrival and after that. Thanks to all of them I was feeling great during my stay, before and after the operation. I can not forget nor the medical team which took care of the operation. thanks to them the operation was more bearable than i expected. I got all the information and instructions to take care of my new hair to get the best results. I highly recommend SMC.
