Ich wurde von Herr Dr. Ekrem Güles operiert und habe eine Brustvergrößerung mit Bruststraffung bekommen. Ich bin total begeistert vom Ergebnis und auch vom Arzt selbst. Er ist total zuvorkommend und patientenorientiert. Er hat sich genug Zeit für jeden Schritt genommen und uns besonders fühlen lassen. Von A bis Z verlief alles super, ich wurde immer von jemandem aus dem Team begleitet, weshalb ich mich nie alleine gefühlt hatte. Außerdem wurde ich bei dem ganzen Prozess von der lieben Canan begleitet, eine deutschsprachige Koordinatorin. Ich konnte Sie jederzeit bei Fragen und Anregungen erreichen. Ich bedanke mich herzlich bei Herr Doktor Ekrem, Canan und bei dem gesamten Team für die schöne Zeit bei Voila!!!

10/10 can not fault it ..Dr Furkan who done my surgeries is an absolute legend and a perfectionist in what he does …The hospital and the hotel are immaculate..The nurses and hotel staff can not help more than they do ..Big shout to voila nurse Sandra at Marriott hotel who looked after me and spoke perfect English ..I’ll def be telling my friends and family and one million percent will I’ll be coming back

Das gesamte Team ist herzlich, besonders meine Dolmetscherin Canan, die mir alles auf deutsch übersetzt hat in Gesprächen mit den Ärzten. Der Ablauf und die Organisation sind sehr gut vorbereitet. Vom Transfer zum Hotel und Krankenhaus und Flughafen, bis hin zur Versorgung der tollen Krankenschwestern im Krankenhaus und Hotel. Ich bereuhe meine Entscheidung eine bariatrische OP über die Voila Health Tourism gemacht zu haben keine Minute lang! Vorallem wird man über eine WhatsApp Gruppe im Nachhinein weiter betreut, was mir noch viel mehr Sicherheit bereitet! Fragen werden jederzeit beantwortet. Ich danke euch von Herzen für alles! I am so glad I chose Voila for my BBL & mini tummy tuck. Everyone took care of me so well. The nurses are so lovely and we’re there within minutes if I ever needed them. My surgeon was Dr Mehdi and he did an amazing job I’m so happy with my results so far.

Dr. Furkan is a great surgeon as a whole and great personality. This is my 2nd surgery with him and I also introduced a friend that did her surgery about same time. He was able to reassured me and the surgery went well.

I did 360 body lift and I did asked his Drs during consultation if my bum will be extremely flat after my procedure and he said No, I’m now flat more than pancake because they took some skin from the bum and no shape up and with 360 you are suppose to give the bum a shape up; I know this cos I did my research before my surgery.

I’m not very happy because if they had told me then I will have added skinny BBL not leaving me looking flat flat with no shape at all at the back. In addition, main issue is my aftercare whatapp team, they have 0 empathy, I had complication 3rd day arriving back home, some of my incisions opened at the back and these people literally ignored me from when I sent them pictures till next day late in the afternoon after I’ve already attended the clinic here they now replied. Since then nobody messages to check on me unless I send them pictures and then i stopped because nobody seems to be interested in following up to check if I’m ok.

I spent lot of money on that because I couldn’t take that to NHS to fix for me since I chose to leave the country to have surgery done.

I was quite disappointed with their response & behaviour, I even raised my concern and messaged about their nonchalant and they read and ignored. Obviously I’m not in their country anymore so they don’t care, forgetting that referral & word of mouth is very important too. I’m a returnee & someone that have referred them so I’m quite disappointed with the level of aftercare communication i received unless they have selected client they care for but definitely I got the worse.

Will I choose Dr Furkan again, yes but I’ll appreciate transparency to manage expectations instead of wanting patients to come back again immediately when they can’t achieve what they want and for his aftercare team I got the the ones that don’t care in my 2nd round.

Looking at the responses from my review, I did asked during my consultation and if I was told then I would have added skinny bbl although that might had been hard cos Dr Furkan said I had no fat during my drawing as I lost more weight.

Please before responding make sure, you do your findings about my communication with aftercare team. I even reached on IG without no response. There was never a time anyone reached out to me unless I do. My previous aftercare team was much better. Dr Furkan cannot do everything by himself but he did his part with the surgery, I might not be happy due to the bum but he does his job well and his team too should match that energy and deliver same care.

I was very scared and nervous, this is my first ever surgery. and it went well! i look great just like i wanted and the after care team are great! i couldn’t have gone somewhere better! Thank you so much Dr. Furkan and to all the staff that has taken care of me and made this experience easier! If anybody is thinking about choosing Dr.Furkan this is YOUR SIGN!!

This is my second time having surgery with Voila, the truth is that the first time I was delighted, that’s why I didn’t want to change clinics, and I also had surgery with the best BBL doctor in Istanbul, Dr. Furkan, a person who makes you feel confident the first time you see him, he made me feel calm and assured me that I would really like the result, I’m 4 days post-surgery and I can’t wait to see my results, from the moment I arrived in Istanbul, the nurses, the masseuse, they are all lovely people who were there to help me 24/7

My Lipo 360 and Hip Fat Injections Experience

I recently underwent Lipo 360 (liposuction on my stomach, back, and arms) combined with a fat transfer to my hips, performed by Dr. Furkan through VOILA Health Tourism in Turkey. I spent nine days there, and overall, it was a challenging yet positive experience.

Why I Chose This Surgery

I’m a young woman with a slim-normal build. 166cm Before the surgery, I weighed about 72–74kg and struggled with stubborn fat on my stomach, back, and arms that I couldn’t get rid of through exercise. Additionally, I wanted to smooth out my hip dips for a more balanced and natural look. My goal was not a dramatic change but a proportional body shape.

A friend who had a great experience with Dr. Furkan recommended him, and after researching his expertise in plastic surgery, I felt confident choosing him. I prepared two months in advance by adjusting my diet and exercise routine, managing to lose about 8–9 kg. By the day of the surgery, I weighed 64 kg. I understood that liposuction isn’t a weight-loss procedure but rather a way to contour and reshape the body.

Arrival and Surgery

VOILA Health Tourism organized everything professionally. I traveled alone from Munich, which was nerve-wracking for such a major surgery, but the team made me feel supported. Upon arrival, I was picked up at the airport by a private chauffeur and taken to my hotel.

The day before the surgery, I met Canan, the coordinator, who was very helpful and made the process smooth. Her support and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. I also had a quick consultation with Dr. Furkan. He listened to my goals and immediately understood what I wanted: a natural, proportional look. No unnatural mega body shape. He suggested slightly overfilling my hips to account for the fat that would dissolve over time, which made sense. His professionalism reassured me, and I felt confident in his approach.

The surgery itself went smoothly, but the first four days of recovery were very very challenging. The swelling and bruising were far worse than I anticipated, and it was difficult to move around. During this time, I was absolutely dependent on the nurses for everything—getting out of bed, moving around, and managing the drainage tubes. The nurses, especially Irem, İram, and Sheyda, were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, and I truly couldn’t have managed without them.

While my hotel stay was comfortable and breakfast included, the food delivery policy was a major inconvenience. After surgery, I relied on food delivery for lunch and dinner as it was more affordable and offered variety. However, the hotel wouldn’t allow drivers to bring food to my room, so I had to pick it up from the lobby myself.

This was especially difficult during the first four days post-op when I was swollen, in pain, and wearing drainage tubes. Walking to the lobby in that state was both uncomfortable and unnecessary. I strongly recommend that VOILA Health Tourism work with the hotel to arrange better support for patients in those critical early days. By day five, it’s manageable and I was able to take care of myself.

Results and Recovery

Now, ten days post-op, I’m happy with the results. The incisions are tiny—less than a centimeter each—and I’m confident the scars will fade completely. Considering the multiple areas I had treated (stomach, back, arms, and hips), the minimal scarring is impressive.

The lymphatic drainage massages were crucial for my recovery. I booked five sessions with the physiotherapist, who was very skilled and focused on reducing swelling and making me more comfortable. I would highly recommend these massages, as they made a significant difference in how I felt post-surgery.

I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly I regained mobility in my arms. Despite the swelling, I was able to lift light objects like my suitcase within a few days, which was reassuring.

On my last day, I had a quick check-up with Dr. Furkan. He was calm, attentive, and reassuring, explaining that the swelling would continue to subside over the next few weeks. It was a simple yet professional way to wrap up the process, and I left feeling confident about my recovery.

Dr. Furkan is an experienced and attentive surgeon who delivered exactly what I wanted. The nurses, especially Irem, İram, and Sheyda, were incredible and made my recovery much easier with their kindness and care. Also much love to the nurses in the hospital. Angels

While the first few days were tough, I’m confident the results will continue to improve. If you’re considering any body contouring or fat injections, I highly recommend VOILA Health Tourism and Dr. Furkan. If I decide to have another procedure in the future, I’ll definitely return to him.
