Western Health Turkey Review

With high hopes for a transformed smile, I embarked on a dental journey that culminated in a devastating ordeal. An initial consultation in London painted a promising picture, leading me to seek treatment at a Turkish clinic. However, upon arrival, the veneer of professionalism quickly eroded. The initial treatment plan was abruptly altered, and the cost escalated dramatically.

To my horror, the dental implants, which were the cornerstone of the treatment, failed catastrophically. Four out of six implants were rendered useless, forcing the clinic to hastily devise an alternative plan. The resulting prosthesis was a rushed, ill-fitting monstrosity that has irreparably damaged my self-confidence. My teeth, once a source of pride, are now a constant source of shame and embarrassment. I have been cruelly nicknamed “chicken teeth,” a moniker that serves as a daily reminder of the clinic’s negligence.

Beyond the physical disfigurement, the emotional toll has been immense. The pain and discomfort I endured during the procedures were exacerbated by the anxiety and stress caused by the clinic’s unprofessionalism. Overcrowded waiting rooms, indifferent staff, and a relentless push for additional, unnecessary treatments created a hostile environment. The demand for a significant upfront payment, a substantial portion of the overall cost, placed an undue financial burden on me.

This harrowing experience stands in stark contrast to the positive outcome of a friend who underwent similar treatment at a different Turkish clinic. Their journey was marked by professionalism, care, and a successful result. My own ordeal serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering dental tourism.

Scam company ask for upfront payments

I went to Turkey for dental implants after a consultation in London. Upon arrival, the clinic raised the price and warned the teeth might fail, which they did—4 out of 6 failed. They then changed the procedure, giving me a prosthesis and crowns, but the crowns were smaller than my original teeth, causing the prosthesis to be poorly fitted. The rushed work left my teeth looking unnatural and now people call me “chicken teeth.” The clinic was unprofessional, with overcrowded rooms and added costs. I paid £5,000 upfront from the £6,000 they demanded. This was a terrible experience, especially compared to a friend’s positive treatment in Antalya with Magic Touch.

It was an excellent service experience for me . The moment you stepped in their clinic you will be greeted with warm welcome and smile especially Ilayda. She made sure everything we need is looked after . She’s an asset to the company. My dentist Atalaya is great too, he made sure everything is into perfection and satisfaction. I had 4 implants done and he explained every details that’s being done which I like as it shows how he cares for his patient. There was just a long wait involved on my last day as i had to wait for the lab which could have been totally avoided if the lab has completed the work a bit sooner. But over all it was excellent work done and i’m happy with the results of my implants. Will definitely recommend!

The work done on my teeth was extremely poor. People have been asking where I got them done so they can avoid it. They sanded my teeth because the implants were too small, resulting in an overall smaller appearance. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I’ve been ignored. I’ve wasted £5000 and now need to go to Portugal to get it fixed.

Please don’t go with this company there ask for upfront fee I couldn’t make my due date after become ill I notified this company 6 months before to be told I wasn’t aloud fee back of £470 this company is totally out of order all other companies don’t ask for upfront fees so please beware of this company

Don’t go with this company ther make u pay up front fee I had to pay £500 upfront then I had family problems I couldn’t make it out there wouldn’t refund me at all

I have arrived home following my dental proceedure with western health, Izmir. The whole experiance from start to finish was seemless. The clinic its self is really modern, super clean and has great facilities. The staff are all really friendly and professional. Special mention to Irem who coordinates the appointments and helps with any questions and a huge huge mention to Nur who was my allocated dentist. She is fantastic at her job. Really professional, she is so talented and has given me a smile I am proud of. She was so kind and gentle throughout the whole procedure. I had a few chipped teeth and needed a fair bit of work doing as I had ground my teeth down due to the stress of caring for and loosing my father 4 years ago. All in all I had root canals done, my gums reshaped and lasered, a tooth extraction and 28 new crowns. I am over the moon with the results. Great service. I would definitly recomend anyone to use these guys. Thank you Western health

Great experience from a great caring experienced team .From reliable pick up from airports transportation to and from a lovley hotel to the great team working on my teeth and ending up with a fantastic wonderful smile to the whole team thankyou so much i greatly appriciate all your hard work and your caring understanding staff each and everyone of you love you all Terry xxx

Irem from Western Health Turkey went above and beyond for me and my son

Who I brought with me while having surgery.Irem not only looked after him and made sure he had everything he need she also made me feel at ease through my surgeries and was there to answer any of my question no matter how big or small day and night I’m so grateful for all the support she gave and can’t wait to come back in a few month to complete the rest of my treatment. I had a really good experience with western health. Although I had to do two trips this was because I had surgery the first time and in order for me to get the best results I needed to let the surgery heal – I took this advice on board and in doing so I have had the best outcome!

Anyone thinking of going with western health I would highly recommend – you won’t be disappointed – listen to their advice and all will go well
