Pides un cálculo de folículos por la web, al minuto me contacta una comercial llamada Carolina pidiéndome rápidamente datos personales y fotos para que los doctores me hagan una valoración en un máximo de 10 días y después de más de un mes de espera nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo nuevamente y dudo que lo vuelvan a hacer si no contacto yo con ellos primero.
Cuando tienen clientes de sobra, no se preocupan por ti lo más mínimo.

No he tenido una buena impresión de la atención, he sentido que me han despachado sin buscar un entendimiendo o una negociación de lo que busco con lo que ellos pueden y estan dispuestos a hacer. Es un “es lo que hay” no lo veo muy funcional para captar nuevos pacientes. En 5 clinicas previas a esta se ha negociado con un buen feedback. Desde mi opinion, no la recomendaria nada.

Para ser una intervención que tiene cierta duración la verdad es que la mañana se me pasó muy rápida y todo el procedimiento fue muy ameno.
