Joaquin fue la persona encargada de darme toda la información en español, siempre estuvo pendiente de todo, perfecto español y trato amigable.
Me acogieron en un IBIS HOTEL, con desayuno incluido, un poco apartado si quieres combinar con tiempo de turismo, la habitación perfecta para lo que necesitaba.
La cirugía incluida de injerto capilar con sedación intravenosa( que se agradece) duró 8 horas, con Micro motor para la extracción de los folículos de la parte donante, sistema Choi para la implantación de los injertos capilares, una paliza pero muy contento con el resultado.
Deberían revisar sus protocolos de preguntas a los pacientes, me preguntaron si sufría de alguna enfermedad, yo dije que NO, por qué no tengo nada, pero mis analíticas decían que tenía estrógenos en sangre y correspondían con mi enfermedad ya curada de hepatitis C, aunque tenga los estrógenos en sangre la carga viral baja indica que ya no tengo este virus, motivo por el cual me cobraron un plus de 500€, querían 800€, en este momento, con todo ya pagado, estando ya instalado hacia 2 días en el hotel, analíticas, y listo para operar y no querían hacerlo si no pagaba este extra, al final llegamos a un acuerdo económico y pagué, que no debí hacerlo pero era más mi ilusión de operarme que otra cosa, espero que no le pase a nadie y que hagan bien las preguntas en el momento de la entrevista para operar!!
De acuerdo a su manera injusta de actuar, deberían devolver el dinero que me cobraron injustamente!!! Sería algo legal y aceptar que ustedes se equivocaron!!

I only messaged them ONCE, to ask a price about some procedure. I did this three years ago, well for THREE YEARS LONG I keep getting phonecalls with Turkish numbers EVERY MONTH at least 3-4 times. You sold my phone number data! I am sick of this I block them all but they keep coming I will perform legal actions if this doesn’t stop!

Je déconseille vivement Expert Clinique Esthétique à Istanbul. Après mon opération, j’ai été complètement ignorée par le personnel. Aucun suivi, aucun conseil, et aucune solution proposée pour corriger les problèmes que j’ai rencontrés. Leur manque de professionnalisme est flagrant, et cela reflète une incompétence inquiétante. Ce n’est pas parce que c’est “pas cher” que vous devez risquer votre santé ou votre apparence. Fuyez cette clinique, car le prix à payer, tant psychologiquement que physiquement, peut être bien plus élevé. Faites attention !
