The whole experience was amazing, the great staff, the trusted doctors who explained everything step by step, made us comfortable enough to trust that the procedure will be fine, after care was on spot, even though we are back home now in Dubai they are still just a msg or call away to address ur issue and always get an immediate response,Seda a special shout of to u! She was just exceptional and a beautiful person to have met, she was the one who made it all possible with her utmost attention to detail and helping us through out the journey. Thank u team all of u were amazing we came back with friends 😁

I recently had the opportunity to undergo a hair transplant procedure at Essi, and I must say that my entire experience, from the moment I booked my appointment to the post-treatment follow-up, was absolutely exceptional. The level of customer service, efficiency, and professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Essi truly exceeded my expectations.

From booking to post treatment, everything was smooth. Amazing customer service, efficient and professional. Specially Seda, apologies as i forgotten names of other staff, they have been extremely friendly and helpful. Treatment was smooth, everything went well. Hoping for excellent results. Would recommend.

From the beginning until the end was a top service

My whole experience was great from start to finish, at Essi clinic everything is taking care for you including the hotel and transfer from the airport to your hotel. The staff are very friendly and will take care of you. The procedure it’s self is pretty straightforward and is done in one day. You will need a couple of days to recover after it so personally I would book a few days after it that way you can enjoy the city it’s self which is lovely. Overall excellent experience

In short the experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Essi to anyone considering a hair transplant.

All in all a good experience with Essi. I’m 9 months down the line and the procedure went as well as I’d hoped. I was also very happy with my experience while I was down there. They arranged for all the transportation I needed while I was in Turkey, and booked me into a pretty good hotel. The procedure itself went well and I felt well informed about everything. Staff were very friendly and there’s been good communication even this long after the actual procedure. I’d recommend this service to anyone considering it.
