Harley Street Hair Clinic Review

From the outset of the free initial consultation through to having the procedure it was a pleasure to deal with all the team. There was certainly no hard sell at any point just really useful information. The work by Dr Vida and his team was brilliant. I went from being bald to have a proper very natural looking hairline. You just have to be patient and trust the process. I would highly recommend HSHC.

My husband went for a hair transplant in December 2023 the overall treatment on the day was ok, there was very long breaks in between which delayed the treatment, after a few days he had a really bad allergic reaction which was very worrying. But once the treatment was over it was like they didn’t want to know; we was constantly in touch making sure things were normal, an there was very minimum response, we ended up on ANE because my husbands head blew up like a ballon an he couldn’t open he’s eyes, he was litterally blind for about 24 hours until we seeked medical treatment… a year down the line and the after care is just awful. They said he could have a top up after a year; we noticed they were patches in he’s hair which we wasn’t happy with considering the price he paid, Kevin quest who was dealing with my husband kept making up excuses every single time we got in touch, we have had about 3 dates which he has given us for him to go back for a top up which was included in the price an every single time he has made up an excuse as to why he had to cancel this, an now we are just getting to a point where we know this is not going to happen. My husband has been in touch elsewhere in the UK that has offered cheaper an better service with very very good reviews, so I would avoid harley street at all cost, as as soon as they have you’re money they do not care what happens to you an the after care they say they give you is a LIE, and it’s not only my husband that has been there serval of he’s friends have too and they are all in the same position, they have been promised a free top up which is included in the price and NEVER recieved it, a couple of them friends have gone elsewhere and recieved amazing treatment an even better results!!

It has been just over a year now since my hair transplant procedure at Harley Street Hair Clinic, and all I can say that is that I am over the moon with the end result, I’ve had many compliments from friends, family and work colleagues which has been a great confidence boost. It was an amazing journey, from beginning to the end, and part of that was down to the staff there (William and his team) that supported me throughout the whole process and delivered what I felt was the best customer service experience that I could have asked for. Highly recommended.

I felt in control, supported and in very safe hands throughout the whole process. From the initial consultation, to the procedure and after care, the whole team were professional, caring and very informative. The after care is really poor in my opinion, after the day at the practice, there was no follow up after the procedure, most recently noticing patches around his crown – would have been beneficial for the team to reach out, or what to expect.

A genuinely good place with high standards of patient care and skillful surgeons. The staff were all very friendly and understanding. I was given excellent guidance and support throughout.

I was welcomed in with open arms from the very moment I arrived. From planning the procedure to the hair transplant itself. It was a fantastic and professional service from start to end. Will and Dr Ness were great and both very clear about everything at all stages. I only had my transplant a few days ago but so far all good and the aftercare has been super as well.
