Buongiorno, ho avuto un contatto con l’incaricato Lorenzo per un possibile trapianto. La risposta è stata velocissima, ma purtroppo non era quella che volevo, dato che mi hanno trovato la zona donor debole per cui non ero idoneo al trapianto. Devo però elogiare la serietà sia dell’incaricato Lorenzo sia del dottor Luis Eduard Gesù che, dicendomi la pur dura verità, hanno dimostrato di essere onesti e di non voler lucrare a tutti i costi sulla pelle dei pazienti, proponendo trapianti a chi non potrebbe avere risultati soddisfacenti. Ho prenotato il trapianto nel 2019, pagando l’acconto per viaggio e pernotto, ma a causa della pandemia, sono riuscito ad effettuare il viaggio solo a fine 2022. L’acconto è rimasto valido, sono partito ed ho trovato subito un’organizzazione ed un servizo clienti impeccabile da parte di Aratravel, anche nella risoluzione di un problema sopraggiunto, e nel post vendita. Ottima sistemazione in hotel, e clinica molto accogliente e all’avanguardia. Servizio impeccabile, disponibilità e discrezione anche presso la clinica del Dott. Serkan. Non ho avuto necessità di fare alcuna domanda, in quanto le risposte mi anticipavano sempre (in Italiano). A distanza di 4 mesi dal trapianto devo dire che i risultati sono già evidenti.
