Our Experience with Vobe Clinic: Step-by-Step
Our initial exploration of Vobe Clinic Turkey led us to their website, which boasts a user-friendly design and easy navigation. However, upon closer inspection, we encountered a notable absence of information about hair transplant procedures.
Our research revealed that Vobe Clinic primarily operates as a medical tourism agency. Founded by a doctor and supported by a team of medical professionals, it remains unclear whether the clinic performs medical procedures directly or merely facilitates collaborations with hospitals.
While Vobe Clinic Turkey offers an array of cosmetic procedures, including obesity surgery, arm and leg lifts, laser eye surgery, and dental care, there was a conspicuous lack of information regarding hair transplants on their website. Despite the absence of information about hair transplants on Vobe Clinic’s website, we pursued further research to uncover any potential offerings. However, our attempts to book a consultation through their website proved fruitless, as the booking form lacked any mention of hair transplant procedures.
Undeterred, we reached out to the clinic via WhatsApp to inquire about their hair transplant services. It became apparent that their patient coordinator manages the initial stages of booking, requesting patients to send photos of their hair from different angles.
Subsequently, the patient’s information is forwarded to a hair specialist, whose identity remains undisclosed, for assessment of the number of grafts and required sessions for the procedure.
This booking process and initial consultation stage appear less detailed compared to other hair transplant clinics we’ve reviewed previously, such as IdealofMed. Additionally, it seems that Vobe Clinic Turkey may not receive a high volume of hair transplant inquiries, as they appeared somewhat disorganized in handling our request for information.

Die Kundenbetreuung war hervorragend, OP ist auch gut verlaufen. Abgesehen, dass inkl. Essen im Spital beinhaltet, dass man kein Wasser bekommt zum trinken und dies selbst bezahlen muss, war das Spital gut.

Although I give them five stars for care whilst in hospital, I do not feel the same about aftercare. Not once has dr volcan asked how we are doing, if we have any worries or concerns. There is a WhatsApp group with co ordinators who think they know everything and are doctors and actually give out wrong information. I have done so much research myself and had help from a friend. I do find this appalling especially when it is supposed to come

Es lief alles einwandfrei bis ich ins Krankenhaus ankam ! Danach hat mich die Angst gepackt . Aber dank Gözde hat sie mir die Angst genommen . Vielen lieben Dank an Gözde !! Auch an die Stationsschwestern super Arbeit und immer nett höflich gewesen , vielen lieben Dank an euch ! Auch an die Raumpflegerinnen vielen lieben Dank das ihr alle so nett und gesprächig ward . Großes Lob an alle die ihre Arbeit super toll gemacht haben . Und einen sehr sehr großes Lob an Dr. Volkan super Arbeit geleistet . Und auch immer sehr nett , höflich und immer Sympathisch gewesen ! I had a Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift and Lipo it was a traumatic experience. No UK rep was available, didn’t see her until the day I was leaving. Not being able to communicate left me very vulnerable especially when my compression garment had slipped down and was crushing my ribs so badly I was faint from the pain.. nurses couldn’t understand me and kept shouting at me to leave it alone. I was left in severe pain all night until surgeon came in morning and fixed the garment. I was told I couldn’t have more water because the canteen was shut, I had had major surgery and was severely dehydrated, had to wait 4 hours for water. Hospital staff definitely have a problem with foreign patients, nobody was warm or kind and I was alone for major surgery. I woke up from surgery unable to move and in severe pain, the call button was placed out of my reach as was food on 2 occasions. I couldn’t reach my phone and my family didn’t know what had happened to me for 2 days. Hospital had no Aircon and there were noisy building works going on the whole time I was there. The worst thing was I was left to leave the hospital by myself 2 days after major surgery- no help packing my bags, no help getting to the taxi- which was 40 minutes late. I nearly fainted on the way out, drains etc still attached. They left a vascular access tube in my arm then sent me a Youtube video of how to remove it myself at the hotel. Food was not included as I was sold- only breakfast in the restaurant- I was too unwell to go to the restaurant had to pay for all food. Had to change flights as well as I wouldn’t have felt safe arriving alone at 2am or having to change planes with a 3 hour wait alone 4 days after major surgery- ridiculous. I was dumped at the airport 7 hours before my flight. Surgeons were competent but cold I got the impression they thought I was really stupid, they didn’t listen or understand what I wanted for my breasts so I have been left unhappy with them. It was not the state of the art experience I was sold and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Dr Volkan I just wanted to say thank you so much for giving me my life and confidence back, I am 4 weeks post op and have lost 2 stone already !! I’ve never been happier 😁 I am no longer taking medication for depression and I’m the happiest I have been in years ! You and your wonderful team at Vobe clinic saved my life!! and gave me a a wonderful happy healthy future to look forward to with my children. Having Gastric sleeve surgery was the best decision I’ve ever made in my entire life, and all of your amazing team of staff made me feel very well looked after they are so professional and Pelin went above and beyond looking after me through the whole process from start to finish, she even took me shopping for the day 2 days after surgery which was amazing !! Safa too was a very lovely person and so kind and caring and cheedam the nurse on the ward who looked after me so well. I’m so glad I chose Vobe clinic it’s the best !!!! 🫶🏼
