Our Experience with Wecare Medical Group: Step-by-Step
Embarking on a hair transplantation journey is more than just a one-time occurrence; it’s a comprehensive process. To ensure a seamless experience throughout this journey, I’ve delineated the key steps you can anticipate upon choosing We Care Medical Group as your preferred hair transplant clinic.
During my initial exploration of We Care, I encountered some uncertainties upon visiting their website. The Hair Transplant page seemed somewhat ambiguous and occasionally misleading, especially considering English is not their native language. Notably, the website is also accessible in Arabic and French. Additionally, I found it disconcerting that the Twitter link (now identified as X) led to a suspended account during my review in mid-October.
As a prospective client seeking further information, I reached out to the clinic using both the WhatsApp button and the email address provided on the website.
I received a response to my WhatsApp message nearly 12 hours later. It appears that We Care Medical Group clinic prefers to discuss pricing and other details during a consultation rather than providing them upfront. Unfortunately, my email to them went unanswered.

Despite our concerns, the hair transplant page did provide some information. It mentioned that they offer FUE, Sapphire, and DHI transplant methods. Additionally, before and after pictures were included, along with details about hair growth up to one year and a claimed success rate of 95%. However, we suspect that the statement about performing 1,000 hair transplants per day may have been a typographical error.
While there are some details regarding the packages offered by We Care, pricing information is noticeably absent. We attempted to reach out for more information by email and WhatsApp. We received a response from the WhatsApp message about 12 hours later. We Care Medical Group clinic will not give any indications of price or other information until you have had a consultation with them. Our email was not answered.

The same issue arises when attempting to find the identities of the surgeons performing the surgeries. While some We Care Medical Group reviews do provide names of doctors, there is no way to verify their authenticity. However, we did discover that We Care Medical Group recommends the presence of a translator during consultations and procedures, suggesting that the medical teams may not possess proficient English-speaking capabilities.
