Wimpole Clinic is, undoubtedly, a leading hair transplant clinic in the UK. For one, the clinic was established in 1975 and its medical team has about 20 years of experience collectively.
The clinic has also performed hair transplant procedures on celebrities, including Rob Holding. Our research took us to their website, which is easy to navigate and aesthetically top-notch.
Furthermore, the clinic has a well-established presence in the UK, with up to 10 clinics in different locations. The clinic is also well-recognized by the UK Care Quality Commission.
To be honest, it is really difficult to find any bad points for Wimpole Hair Clinic as they tick almost every box in our initial experience list.

The booking process is straightforward. Wimpole Clinic’s website has an easy-to-fill consultation form on its contact page and the phone numbers of their different clinic locations.
However, we couldn’t find a WhatsApp button or quick chat button on their website. This may make it difficult for potential patients to send a quick inquiry via chat.
Wimpole Hair Clinic clearly explains its procedure and even has information about each clinic’s location, possible parking spots at the clinic, and hotel accommodations available. Another thing that made us impressed with Wimpole Clinic is the detailed information about their team members.
Additionally, there is a clear price list on Wimpole Hair Clinic’s website. This makes it easy for prospective patients to know what they are in for from the very beginning.

However, there’s no mention of how they help foreign patients or if they provide a local coordinator to help. Besides this shortcoming, the clinic offers free pre-consultations, although it is not certain if there is a possibility to reschedule this booking for free.
Furthermore, we couldn’t find any mention of offering nutritional supplements or any pre-operational kits included.

I would highly recommend Wimpole Clinic. I had my transplant done 2 weeks ago and so far the support I have received has been great. Simone has been really helpful throughout the process and has really helped me along the journey so far. On the day of the procedure, Dr Barry and his team were brilliant and were very professional and reassuring. Overall it’s been a great experience so far.

I had my 2nd procedure at the Wimpole Clinic in London last week and must say that it has once again been an exceptional experience. Having had the first part of the procedure over a year ago I was super comfortable with the process and everything was just as perfect this time, from the consultation with Kristy who has been absolutely amazing throughout, providing me with all of the pre and post procedure support, care and guidance, to Dr Moussa and the team (Issy, Suman and Mariya) on the day who were outstanding, explaining everything in detail and with care, top professionals. I felt very well looked after and part of the whole procedure from the very beginning. It has all been excellent. Thank you!!
Everyone at the clinic has been incredibly welcoming, friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout. I am excited to see the results in the coming months and I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending the Wimpole Clinic to anyone considering it.

I can’t recommend the team in Birmingham enough. From my first consultation with Mihir to the day of my FUT surgery with Dr Ismail. I wasn’t too sure what to expect but felt comfortable the entire time from the numbing to the actual placement of the follicles with the 2 technicians I had even letting me see what they were doing when i was being nosey and letting me talk their ear off all morning. I can’t fault the experience at all. The daily aftercare via whatsapp was also super reassuring. Overall they just go above and beyond in every aspect.

From the initial enquiry Caj has looked after every detail, he’s always available to answers questions and his knowledge of the process is outstanding. On the day of the procedure the whole team looked after me very well, I was comfortable throughout and every detail was catered for. The post op care is excellent with daily catch ups and advice. I’m now trying to be patient and waiting for the end result!

Where do i start with wimpole, From my first consultation with rex ive been well informed all the way through, The price i got for the fue treatment concerned me but rex worked with me to bring the price down and made me feel more comfortable, The day of the surgery was an absolute breeze and easy, My surgery was performed by Dr Barry and his team who i cannot fault at all and am so pleased with my results, Was comfortable all the way through and kept informed and up to date with what was going on, Im honestly so pleased and couldnt be any happier with wimpole, Highly recommend in everyway possible, Thank you guys so much for changing my life…

It was easy, free and helpful to come in for a consultation. Some other places wanted to charge a fee for that which really makes you want to proceed to avoid wasting it. It was friendly and professional throughout, letting me know how the day would go. The day itself all went very smoothly. It’s great to know there’s experienced people on hand for aftercare and to check progress in the months ahead. Would definitely recommend.

From the first phone call to finally going through the procedure the experience was outstanding. Husnain Mushtaq coordinated my entire experience with Dr Malkani. Husnain expertise and his ability to understand my concerns was exactly what I needed to be able to proceed with my transplant.
On the day of the procedure Dr Malkani personally explained every detail of the procedure and he and his technician team periodically ensured I was comfortable throughout.
Post op customer service is simply outstanding. Husnain is always on call to answer any concerns or questions I have, he checks in daily to ensure the post op instructions are followed.
Now I just need to wait and see how the results turn out.
