Our Experience With Hermes Clinic: Step-by-Step
It took a lot of work to find the Hermes Turkey website – mainly because there is another clinic called Hermest Hair Clinic, also in Turkey. So, our first search for Hermes Hair Clinic took us to Hermest instead.
Like the hair transplant clinics we reviewed in the past, such as Sule Hair Clinic, Mono Clinic, and Onep Clinic Turkey, Hermes Hair Transplant Clinic has a WhatsApp chat head that makes it easy to communicate directly with their support team.
Besides WhatsApp, there is a quick contact form that allows you to fill in your contact details, the procedure you are looking for, and the communication method you prefer (Zoom, WhatsApp, phone call, or Google Meet). You can even take advantage of the live chat functionality on their website.
As we reviewed the Hermes Clinic website, one thing stood clear to us, there was no mention of hair transplant in Turkey as part of their services. From the main menu and footer menu to the services page and about us page, there was nothing like hair transplant procedures on the website.
Do they perform hair transplantation at all? If they do, their website is silent about it.
Another thing we noticed is that their website is very slow. It takes a few minutes to load and some menu links do not work. Additionally, some part of the Hermes Hair Clinic Istanbul’s website is also not in English.
From what we’ve seen so far, it seems Hermes Clinic is a third-party medical agent that partners with several doctors and hospitals for different medical procedures. So, in actual fact, Hermes Clinic is not a hair transplant hospital in Turkey, but a middleman that directs people in need of hair transplants in Istanbul to doctors who can perform the procedures.
When we reached out to the Hermes Clinic team on WhatsApp, there was a fast response. Their support team was prompt and had a templated response for each question asked.

As we already established, Hermes Clinic is just a third-party health agency, so they depend on partner hospitals for their facilities. According to what’s on their website, Hermes Clinic Turkey partners with four medical facilities – Nova Dental Clinic, Dr. Fatma Soysuren Clinic, Medikal Park (Pendik), and Medikal Park (Bahçelievler).
Again, we could only access the link to Nova Dental Clinic. The remaining links were not clickable. It’s not clear which facility is used for their hair transplant in Turkey procedures.
It is worth mentioning that Hermes Clinic has an A-license and is regulated by the Turkish government.

So I’m now 3 years on . Despite ur promise to fix the so called tummy tuck and do the lipo I paid for but you never did , despite me flying back to Izmir to see the surgeon again who agreed it needed re doing (flew out at my own cost) . You ghosted me ! Then a year later customer care said they would help I respond you ghosted me again !

My experience with Hermes has been amazing. From day one till the last day. They take care of you from the day you arrive at the airport. I was taken care of pre and post the surgery. Dr Zafer and the nurses attended to me daily to check up on me. Everyone at Hermes has so been so kind and helpful. Their medical team is the best. I felt safe and reassured througout the process and here I al 7 days later recovering well.

i found Hermes on Facebook, and expressed interest. From first contact to my departure at Istanbul after surgery, the team was very kind, professional and sensitive to my individual needs.
They have the best medical team, many specialists to see to you daily while in Hospital. I would not have received similar care here in South Africa. Language is not an issue, their team has English speaking professional who is always with you.
I recommend you bring a travel companion though, the process is very challenging psychologically. The team takes care of your partner.

Iv have left Leaving this review for sometime to allow the clinic time to resolve my issues and address my complaints, however it’s now at a stage where I have given this clinic ample time to resolve the issues Iv had/am having and I am getting nowhere, so here I am!
I went with Hermes and I chose Istanbul because of their availability and We discussed top and bottom individual teeth on my smile line.
When I arrived I was shocked to discover it looked more like a basement in the hospital, it was nothing like how they portray on social media.
After my rushed consultation I was given no prompt to discuss or choose my Shape or Shade prior to them starting the procedure. I suffer greatly with anxiety so situations of this kind it’s hard for me to speak up, especially when I’m on my own. During my conversations with the bookings team I was assured I would be fitted with temporary teeth for the duration of the time my ‘individual teeth’ were being made (I will explain the inverted commas in a moment!) this did not happen and I was left with ‘shark teeth’ with shaved teeth and nerves out in the open, which is a breeding ground for infection.
Fast forward to 3 Months after my procedure (Sept) I developed a raging infection and had to pay for an emergency out of hours appointment with a U.K. dentist. They advised me that I had infections in my gums due to them shaving my teeth down too far and that I needed a root canal due to this damage. The complete shocker for me though, was the dentist advising me that my teeth were not individuals but that I had been fitted with bridges!!
I could not afford the quote I was given to fix this at the time here in UK, so between September and December I had 3 major infections needing antibiotics etc which all costs money.
By March my tooth had become completely loose and that’s when I panicked, I got in touch with Hermes and they said they could treat it and that I’d need to come for 6 days, I asked to go to Izmir and I was told point blank no and I must go back to the same dentist and they would only cover the treatment costs (no travel or hotel). I only went back there due the quotes I had been given by U.K. dentists being too far out of my budget, so I had no choice. This time as explained above I had to sort my own accommodation even though this was not my fault, they refused to help with this or my flight costs.
when i arrived at the dentists I was told I needed to pay again, this was not happening as I had been told this was free! They finally backed down and agreed to do the work. I ended up having 2 root canals by them.
This was all back in April 2024 and now we are in December and I am still pain and still having issues, I last reached out to them in July and still have not had any form of response. My teeth are so sensitive all the time and day to day is a struggle.
Due to them giving me bridges, if I have any issue with one tooth then the whole bridge has to come off (which costs a fortune here in the U.K.) and my upper teeth now feel loose and you can see where it’s dropped.
£2.4K down the drain and wasted all it got me is dodgy teeth with constant pain.
I want a refund so I can get them redone by someone who can fix this permanently for me and I aim to take this as far as I can over all social media platforms.
I will never step foot in that dentist again and I urge anyone considering booking to NOT DO IT. I was mis-sold the treatment from the beginning and then botched! This is a constant daily battle for me, I do not want anyone else to go through what I have.
