Very positive experience, followed by the consultant Enrico from Italy at all times, from pre- and post-operative care, the transfer to the hotel, the instruction for the clinic, everything went perfectly.
The clinic is excellent and the result now is above my expectations. The care for the patient and the friendliness are great and all with an excellent organization , the hotel , the driver for transfers and the Medart staff. Special thanks to the team that operated on me, to the surgeon , Eyup the driver and Enrico the consultsnt and to all the people who helped me on this journey. Highly recommended.

Oltre a competenza e gentilezza ho trovato un ambiente pulitissimo e di impeccabile igiene da un punto di vista sanitario, il tutto inserito in una struttura completamente nuova all’interno di un contesto elegante e signorile. Ho eseguito alla Medart il mio trapianto di capelli.
Arrivato a Istanbul un autista mi ha accompagnato in hotel ed in seguito mi sono sempre spostato tra clinica, hotel e aeroporto con quest’ultimo.
Ammetto che l’esperienza ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative.
Tutto lo staff medico è super preparato e il cliente viene messo al centro dell’attenzione (qui si operano massimo 3-4 persone al giorno).
Dopo una visita del cuoio capelluto e dello stato di salute dei capelli, ci si accorda con i medici sul disegno dell’hairline e ti viene spiegato come si procederà.
L’operazione nel mio caso è stata un po’ lunga (4500uf) ma assolutamente poco dolorosa.
Sono riusciti a ricostruirmi un’attaccatura molto naturale e un rinfoltimento della corona e della parte centrale della testa in modo molto denso.
Il giorno dopo si effettua il lavaggio delle zone operate e al cliente vengono fornite medicine per il post operazione e tutte le indicazioni su come curarsi e lavarsi da soli una volta rientrati a casa.
Per ogni dubbio che si può avere una volta a casa, la clinica offre un consulto molto efficiente via messaggi e quindi il cliente non è mai lasciato da solo.
Sono rimasto colpito dal livello di abilità dei chirurghi che mi hanno operato e in generale, dalla gentilezza e dall’attenzione rivolta al cliente da parte di tutto lo staff.
Consiglio vivamente di prendere in considerazione questa clinica sé si sta pensando ad un trapianto di capelli.
